We got guild house!

We got guild house now, the guild house is to improve our member's gameplay and stay around Flyff, nevertheless its something we have to work on to keep it up and working, to pay for the rent we need to pay 2.4m/day or 72m/month, this doesnt really bring any benefit though since the guild house system, just like the housing system requires you to pay for furniture to get bonuses.

Here are the following guild house CS items: (Pay close attention to the bold font ones)

Sofa
An elegant sofa for a guild house. +5 STA
Duration: 1week
Cost: 400gps -> 120m~140m

Bookshelf
An elegant bookshelf for a guild house. +5 INT
Duration: 1week
Cost: 500ps -> 150m~175m

Table
An elegant end table for a guild house. +5 DEX
Duration: 1week
Cost: 500gps -> 150m~175m

Chair
An elegant chair for a guild house. +2 STR
Duration: 1week
Cost: 500gps -> 150~175m

Table
An elegant table for a guild house. +5% Block Rate
Duration: 1week
Cost: 500gps -> 150m~175m

Carpet
Elegant carpeting for a guild house. +10% Run Speed
Duration: 1week
Cost: 400gps -> 120m~140m


Wallpaper
An elegant wallpaper for a guild house. 10% Attack Speed
Duration: 1week
Cost: 400gps -> 120m~140m



Bubble's EXP Crystal
Allows the use of the Bubble Time Guage For bonus EXP; +10% Run Speed
Duration: 1week
Cost: 1200gps -> 360m~420m


We are a guild of 50members, though it might seem like alot, I reckon we can get the Carpet and Bubble's EXP Crystal, I also want to point out that quite a few of us can do gpotato offers, so if you do them every few days you can save up enough gps to buy an especific item and do it in turns, so that would be one possibility to get those items; Another way would be to have everyone paying (contributing) 10 to 20m per week for the guild house expenses, its not much since its weekly and Im pretty sure that everyone wants additional 20%running speed, wether youre grinding, running from aggros (lol), pvping or just wandering around, its going to be a nice bonus.... not to mention, running fast is fuggin awesome *-*.

I know you guys might be thinking, if we are 50, and we pay up to 20m wouldnt that make 1b per week (which surpasses the guild item expenses by far if we are only getting those two), but not everyone will be active enough to do it (others may not have the cash), nevertheless, they are Antisocial's, they deserve the same amount of benefits as everyone else, and if they need help, those who can should and Im sure you will get a hand if you need it. That spare money can also be spent on other stuff such as events.

Lol....the point is that EVERYONE will pay, unless they cant, but...you can...obviously 3:...but there will be no need for money as long as people volunteers to do the gpot offers and donate the gpots on the guild house stuff....but we will have to see how this works out x)

guild furniture sucks balls perhaps only speed furniture is worth it

yeea but furniture for 1 person is cheaper than guild
not to mention gives more stats(+2 str guild +6 str normal)

and like u said greed is human nature so ppl would just buy for themselfs, because it would be cheap and better
